Indian cricket team support staff to guide education company’s coaching program | off the field

MUMBAI: The Indian team’s support staff, led by head coach Ravi Shastri, has partnered with Ironwood Education for its cricket coaching program.
All three are mentors for the education business and will guide the development of the certified cricket coaching program at various levels.
“Under their able leadership, Ironwood Education aims to standardize and systematize coaching practices for all levels of the sport in the country, particularly for the entry and intermediate levels of cricket,” the company said in a statement.
India head coach Shastri said coaching has huge potential in India.
“I personally realize the great role of standardized and systematic coaching practices in bringing Indian cricket to its current status and capability. Such initiatives will lay the foundation for future growth of India’s greatest sport,” he said. he said in a press release.
